First, get an Agency account on GoHighLevel ($297/mo). This gives you access to white-labeling — your own branded portal with a custom domain, logo, and color scheme.
Step 2: Build Your Offer Stack
I created 3 simple tiers: Starter ($97/mo), Growth ($197/mo), and Pro ($397/mo). Each tier included more automation workflows, more sub-accounts, and more done-for-you setup.
Step 3: Find Your First Clients
I targeted local service businesses — dentists, real estate agents, gyms, and restaurants. These businesses desperately need lead generation and appointment booking but don't have the tech skills to manage it themselves.
The Results
By month 3, I had 18 paying sub-accounts. By month 6, I crossed $10K MRR. The key was not just selling the software but selling the outcome — more leads, more bookings, more revenue.
